Have Lobster Thermidor

If there was a time that I felt dreamy, butterflies fluttering in my stomach kind of happiness after eating something it has to be Lobster Thermidor.

It is a dish where lobster meat is cooked in a creamy sauce then spooned back into the lobster shell, and topped with cheese. It was the perfect dish for special occasions. The occasion to me at the time was as a treat because of the travel bans during the pandemic.

It tasted creamy, rich and sweet but not in an overwhelming way. Price to me is a once a year kind of treat, but very much worth it. Sometimes a girl just has to make herself happy right?
