Hello Matterhorn, didn’t get to see it the night before but we found that we can see the peak from our hotel.
Matterhorn is that famous peak you see printed on the packing of a Toblerone chocolate bar, my friend went skiing today with the kids and I had all this snowy terrain all to myself!
No other way to spend it then to take a hike on an actual snow mountain.. best one hour and a half spent ever! Never thought I would sweat at such a cold environment though.
It’s Christmas Eve today, when we got back to town we can hear the endless chorus of church bells and see people carry parcels of Christmas gifts. It was lovely.
